ABOUT OUR PROJECT

Small Powers in the "Scales of Europe"

Our project means to deepen the historical knowledge about the international interests of Southern European Small Powers, namely Portugal and Serbia and how those interests were understood by authors of the time, relating them to how the “Great Powers” of Europe “played their fates”. Our main focus will be to promote a mutual analysis of two nations that often made reference to one another when dealing with their own internal realities.
